Roccat Tyon btw. 2 mice

The Roccat Tyon has a "joystick" on the left side of it. I thought it would be usefull to use this for Jets, but it is not working as i thought it would. It is getting detected perfectly, the only problem is that if I use it (down/up) and make a move with the mouse it will stop. So if I use this paddle and accidently move the mouse a little bit it stops the move (?command?) of the paddle. Someway to fix this?

Hi,
Please install jstest-gtk and check if you get the same behavior (I'm assuming you are using Ubuntu).

Hi,
Yes, I am using Ubuntu. I installed it and its still not working, at the options you cab recalibrate the paddle, but nothing usefull else. Thx for the fast response

Check if you get the same behavior in jstest-gtk (open the tool, select the right joystick, move it, and move the mouse).
This will tell us if the problem lies in gimx or not.

Its GIMX fault. Did you ever thought about selling GIMX? I mean in CoD it works perfectly, just in BF its stuttering a bit....

Actually it works as expected.
Two controls are mapped to the same axis : the axis 1 of the joystick and the axis y of the mouse.
When you stop the mouse movement you expect the movement to stop, so the axis comes back to 0.
