and do i need to bridge X2 with X1 to get 5V? Or is 3.3V on TXD enough?

Im willing to buy that on ebecause every other stuff takes > 1 Month to ship...

On the product page there is a link to the CP2102 datasheet, so I guess it is based on the CP2102 chip, which is compatible.
3.3V on TXD should be enough.
