Slow movement with zoom

Hello,
In some games like battlefield hardline and call of duty AW both on ps4, i have a problem when i use the iron sight or a scope.
When i zoom in my movement speed is really really slow. I have already try to turn on the movement speed in game but this don't fix the game.
So did i need to change some other settings ?
