Game Input MultipleXer

I was going through the install guide and wanted to build a led board with a shutdown button like suggested at the end of the page (http://gimx.fr/wiki/index.php?title=RPi).

I was wondering for anyone who has built one, what size led and resistor was used?

You can use any LED and a 1K 20% Resistor

Thanks I ordered a LED kit that came with resistors, not sure why I didnt think of that before haha.
