Game Input MultipleXer

Hello there. I have been following your forum for 6 months I read lots of things and finally after believing it actually works ı ordered the components from abroad. ıa got it like a month ago and assembled it. BUT it happens to be not working.

1- I have LOGITECH DFGT
2- I have PS4
3- I have a Lenovo (win 10) and Siemens (win 7) Laptop
4- teensy 2.0 + USB to UART serial converter

issue #1 :
ı assembled the two components and ı tried it on win 10 lenovo laptop
no matter what I chose ı get the message,
the error is "joystick not found (0)"
I downloaded lgs 510 set it up then I tried with dfgt 29 and it says although the "config seems ok "
GIMX ran less than 5 seconds. would you like to create a log report? it says.
And I say YES!
and it says

I really really tried to get it working on siemens lap top but guess what after setting the gimx software I execute the launcher and I get the error "cant retreive the configs "

Please don't multiple post.
First issue: which USB to UART adapter are you using?
Second issue: does your laptop have an internet connection?

Thanks for the heads up. I did not mean to multiple the post but bad gate away error caused this.
I have an internet connection.
My laptop has 3.0 usb hub
On the usb to uart it says cnewtec.com there is a sign like compass needle.
On the forums it says dfgt works perfectly on the usb 2.0 hub but doesnt have the full compatibility on 3.0

Did you install the CP210x drivers at the end of the GIMX setup?

yes

ı ordered another 2102 from abroad ı will retry with it. it is exact the same with the photo given in the recipe
