Game Input MultipleXer

so I installed the firmware then done as follows

after installing firmware on adrunio board I removed it.

I then done following.

-Connected the usb other end of adrunio (cp20102?) to my pc directly.
-Connected the micro usb adunio board to my ps4 via cable.
-Connected a switched off dualshock controller ps4 to my pc via usb cable.
-Connected my Logitech wheel to my pc via usb.

I have:

Logitech driving force usb steering wheel
Arduino Pro Micro Leonardo compatible 5V 16MHz ATmega32U4
PL2303 PL-2303 USB TTL Serial Adapter for ESP8266 like FTDI CP2102 CH340 UK

This what I get:

The PL2303 does not support the required baudrate on Windows.
