Game Input MultipleXer

Have a Raspberry PI 3 Model B, was doing some research on using Keyboard and Mouse on a PS4 and found this site. Hooray!

However, as I begun reading, the wiki was kind of confusing on what was needed to get this up and running. I'm not exactly sure what type of connections/cables I need to have to do this, or what software/firmware to make it work (Currently running the latest version of Raspbian).

If it also helps, I have a CRONUS Max.

Can someone tell me:
1. What cords/adapters I will need for this project.
2. What exact software I need to install on my Pi.
3. How all the connections work.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
