Not me, unfortunately. I usually don't buy games until they are for sale, used on Amazon or similar sites , unless most of my friends are doing MP and I need to join in.
I'll do a config in the future some time if I get a hold of the game.

I bought it 
x: dz=28, dzs=circle, exp=0.50
y: dz=28, dzs=circle, exp=0.50
x/y ratio: 1.75
With my G500@5700dpi, I have the x sensitivity set to 5. The y sensitivity is 5x1.75=8.75.
And I'm using the same parameters for both primary and secondary (ADS) configs.

I have a G5 in 2000 dpi.
Thus in sixemuconf, I just go to the menu " Replace Mouse DPI "
to modify the resolution of the mouse and I can use your parameters ?

1. Set the parameters including the sensitivity (multipliers)
2. Click on Replace Mouse DPI
3. Set old mouse DPI = 5700
4. Set new mouse DPI = 2000
This should adjust the multipliers for your mouse.

Just use a BO or MW2 config, it should work fine for MW3.
