Game Input MultipleXer

I bought an adapter from my friend. I used it 4 or 5 times at most but I wanted to re-install.
I have encountered the following error and I could not find a solution, it does not update the software. I do not know how many times I checked the cables and connections, I have been looking for a solution for about 3 hours at the beginning.
