If I am not mistaken GIMX can still work if you use EMUG27 firmware with the LogitechDrivingForce_G29.xml config it might need some tweaks there is a guide here.

The EMUG27 worked but the config file was a bit messy as it seems use the PS4 controler.
I have made from scratch a config it works.

The only issue I have is the axis calibration that can't be done, the more a get is to have axis control on like 20 to 40% of the pedal travel.
How can I monitor my pedal to enter the correct value ?

Does the wheel have any software where you can adjust the axis from, you could possibly also adjust the sensitivity settings on those in gimx-config.

To monitor you can set the messages option to curses and it should show you the values as you press and release the axis

Unfortunately, I had some others issues with that wheel, I brought it to the warranty.
I have changed it to a T300RS then.
