Game Input MultipleXer

Hello,
I bought a Gimx adapter a few months ago, as im building a simracing rig that i connect to an xbox.

Now, i received my OSW force feedback wheel. I want to connect it to my pc (there is a small formfactor pc to handle some stuff of the moving rig), and have the the Gimx connected to this pc and emulate some form of racing wheel to my xbox.

So: OSW FFB wheel - PC/-and /PC - Gimx - Xbox one.

The gimx keeps complaining about some dualshock controller, and not finding a G920 wheel. No, i want it to EMULATE a G920 wheel to my Xbox, not connect a G920 to it...

Can somebody tell me what i do wrong?

The Mmos software of my OSW wheel simulates a generic steering wheel.

Any help highly appreciated. Thank you.

Also, this adapter seems to want to emulate a Playstation (1, 2, 3, 4 and PC, no Xbox is selectable.)

ps2: the wiki page has a config selector, but a xbox is not choosable?

Gimx on Xbox One is still under development, there will be announcement from Matlo when everything's done.
There is no wheel emulator on original xbox too.

okay, so this whole GIMX thing is some lame Playstation emulator?
Why is everyone calling it when you want a conversion then?

could have kept some euro's in my pocket...

We just provide a tool to support input to multiple platforms for free, so please don't crush us to improve it immediately.

Xbox is been discussed for over 2 years now..

i hounestly expected it to be done by now, and apparently disapointed.

You shouldn't because this software is provided to you by us for free. If you wish to help then we'll be happy to get you into team. I believe the problem you was referring to was already explained so I'm locking this topic.

As stated on product page: the GIMX adapter sold on the GIMX shop is a hardware-only product, it is your duty to check that it will fit your needs.

Supported use cases are listed in the documentation. Any other use cases should not be considered as working. For all supported use cases, the capabilities and limitations are also listed in the documentation.
