Zig zaggy vertical movement

Hi guys.
What is causing vertical zig zaggy movements? Horizontal is just fine hot up/down is really bad

Dpi: 25600
Dz: x19 y19
Accel: 0.39, 0.39
Sens: X 2.23 y1.58

Zig zag occurs when gimx uses the wrong dead zone shape then what the game has programmed.

This dead zone is Rectangular (red zone = dead zone)Image

If i would set the dead zone to circular for Battlefield 3 in gimx, it would bug out the intended movement that the game has implemented.

Sometimes smoothing can help with this issue if the dead zone shape is correct and everything else is calibrated correctly.

No matter what shape I’ll choose I still have zigzag vertical movement. I think something might be wrong with ratio and X/y sense

Did you use gimx calibration to get x/y ratio the same sensitivity?

I used it and I think it’s slightly better now. Not sure yet 😂. One more thing bro. For some reason my left stick movement feel sluggish. It’s not registering all my keys. Especially in menu. Do you know maybe how I can make it more… responsive?

I usually make a profile for games that have menu issues.
Godlike uses another really good option to (1,2,3,q as dpad buttons.) This works good for some games.

Ok but I also have some issue in game. Wasd works but character is barely moving.

Everything is perfect except
a) vertical movement are weird (zigzag)
b) left stick movement (wasd) is barely responsive

I'm using profile 2 for hip and profile 1 for ADS. I know its weird but I get used to it :P.
