Game Input MultipleXer

The only value I can select for address under Sixaxis matches the other two addresses, from the screen shots I can tell this is not correct.

Here are my steps
Plug in USB Dongle
Plug in PS3 Controller (lights flash)
Start gimx-bluetooth
(No need to set dongle)
Press PS3 PS button (doesn't do anything)
Unplug PS3 Controller (Lights stop flashing)
I can set Sixaxis - Address to blank or some value
The other 2 Address I can set only to that same value
Click Start and get a Connection error.
Error comes from this line
if ((ctrl = l2cap_connect(bdaddr_src, bdaddr_dest, CTRL)) < 0) {

ctrl = -4

Any one know how to fix?

Just to clairify
Sixaxis address has some value I for get but lets call it AA:BB:CC:DD, I can also select blank for this field
Sixaxis PS3 address only has one value which is the same value AA:BB:CC:DD
Dongle Address has only one value which is the same value AA:BB:CC:DD

I got one of the accepted Bluetooth devices. I can set the address and it is remembered.

There's something wrong.

Please plug your sixaxis and type the following commands in a terminal:
And copy-paste the result in a post.

$ sixaddr
Current Bluetooth master: 00:1e:3d:53:da:30
Current Bluetooth Device Address: 00:1e:3d:53:da:30
$ cat ~/.sixemugui/config
$

Where did you bought your sixaxis? Could it be a non-genuine one?

It came with the playstation. I have the fat crappy one. 60 gigs I beleive.
I'm running this software on Fedora 16, compiled it myself. I'll give Vista a try

Try to do the pairing again: turn the sixaxis off, turn the ps3 on, connect the sixaxis to the ps3 with the usb cable, and press the start button.
