keyboard registry problems

currently mouse(g500) works great, but the keyboard(g15) buttons i press(w for move forward) will only make it to the game when the mouse is being moved, and stops the moment i stop the mouse

What's the game?
USB adapter or bluetooth?
GIMX version?
Is "force updates" enabled?
Someone has the same problem with Dust 514. But it's still a demo, and it may be a bug in the game itself.
