Second GimX Adapter now total crash

Hi,
i bought Hardware for a second Gimx. My brother liked it so mutch and we have christmes next week.
So my Gimx worked and i wanted to confige his on my pc.
So i added the Teensy and CP2102 and put with the teensy loader on the board.
OK. i looked good. But after that i plugged in my old one and now my Bridge ist shown in the hardware manager as com3 , as befor when i start Gimx it looks good but nothing happen when i press a key.
The new board the same.
But my PSP Controller have ID 2. So all is like last time but i cannot controll the PS3 with the Gimx Software
What is wrong ?
i used the atmega32u4.hex.
Hope you can help me. the present crashed all....
