Game Input MultipleXer

I've received my birdthday present(anticipated) from my girlfriend.It's a ps3!Suprise!I've install the latest version of ubuntu,install gimx,ecc and it's all work,but...I HAVE 3-4 SECONDS OF LATENCY!!
I try it on a deme of resistance 3 but the latency it's the same of ps3 menù.How to solv(i'm an ubuntu noob)?

I try to unflag " force updates" and it's work.Now the latency is little.With gimx fps config i can't save my config,i don't see the saving menu in that box.How to?

When the app is active, the menu bar can be accessed at the top of the screen.
