Did you update the firmware of your DIY USB adapter?

Yes, I did it

I tried it on a EMUPS3 and a Joystick.

Using the EMUPS3 firmware, is the teensy detected as a "Playstation 3 controller" when plugged to your computer?

Is the tx pin of your teensy correctly wired to the serial adapter?

Type Win+r, and open cmd.
In the command window, type:

Code: Select all

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\GIMX"
emuclient -p COM12 -c PS3_FarCry3.xml
Replace COM12 with your serial port, and PS3_FarCry3.xml with your config file.

If "No controller detected." is displayed, this means there is something wrong with your wiring or your hardware. In this case, please post a clear picture of your adapter.
