Mouse not working & sometimes disconnecting.

You did not converted the mouse sensitivity.

You should download the config again, and convert the sensitivity before using it.

Nope I guess it has to do with my Mouse or with my Ubuntu version.

I will try again in the future.

What should i change first? Ubuntu version or Mouse? (current is 1000dpi)

To test your mouse:

Type in a terminal:

sudo apt-get install evtest
evtest

Enter the device event number corresponding to your mouse.
Move your mouse: you should see REL_X and REL_Y events, with positive and negative values.

Sorry for that, I wasn't aware that VMWare is not supported

I installed Linux and now it's working perfectly Awesome software

It's not as precise as EagleEye,Tuact and other commercial products though. What is the technical explaination to that?
