				Yes you have to select Pro Micro but I don't understand why you want to use Builder instead of gimx-loader. It's much easier to use.

				there is no option for pro micro, can i use gimx-loader to write for first time? 
what about red led in arduino ?

				Yes, gimx-loader should work.
However, any of the following issues will make it fail: incorrect wiring, faulty contact, defective hardware, defective cable, incorrect operation (like not plugging/unplugging cables when requested, or plugging it to the wrong target).

				Wiring is incorrect. CP2102 TXD should be connected to pro micro RXI. CP2102 RXD should be connected to pro micro TXO.

				problem solved, i use short connect between rst and gnd
