Trouble Spoofing An XBOX 360 Controller

I'm having difficulties spoofing the XBOX 360 controller. The sixemu recognizes the USB adapter just fine, but it keeps giving me a spoof error.

Hardware
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz
8GB RAM
Windows 7 Home 64-bit
Microsoft XBOX 360 Controller

GIMX
CP2102 Converter
Teensy USB Board
sixemu Rev910

I have tried several things:

• Changing the COM port.
• Different XBOX controllers.
• Up-to-date, error free build of sixemu.
• Re-flashing the AVR board.

I do understand that XBOX support is currently under development and not feature complete/stable. Perhaps I am posting in the wrong forum?

I'm just trying it out and posting feedback. I'll poke around and see if I can figure out what is going on.
