CP2102 3.3 or 5v Jumper?

Hi, I have a cp2102 with jumper of 3.3V sits. Have also Teensy 2. Do I have the jumper to 5V?

I moved your topic to the GIMX discussion section.
From the picture you posted I would say it actually does not matter.
The jumper connects the VCCIO pin to either 3.3V or 5V.
You are going to use the GND/TXD/RXD pins, not the VCCIO pin.
