Forcing one button to be held all the time?

As the subject states. Is there anyway to force one button beeing pressed down all the time?
I'm working on Max Payne 2 Xbox original config, the game developers changed the aim mechanics by forcing the player to hold down a button for max aimspeed. (completely retarded...i know) :roll:
There is a life hack for this with some creative work using tape. :lol:
