Bluetooth Dongle

Hello, i just cant order an bluetooth dongle cuz of reasons... so my question is: can i install a driver of an working dongle on an [bluetooth mouse dongle], or on the BT dongle of an custom controller?

Or is there a way without an bt dongle?

Or is there an working dongle on Ebay? (plz link)

yes, i know but there are 2 dongles:

Sweex - BT214 - class I (CSR Bluecore4-rom)
Sold on Amazon and ebay.
Sweex - BT204 - class II (CSR Bluecore4-rom)
Sold on Amazon and ebay.
