Hi guys,
After finally getting everything working, I thought I would try a no recoil macro.
I followed the tutorial and was going to use the example no_recoil.txt file that was shown in the tutorial.
Upon locating the .gimx folder I realised there was no macro directories folder there, so I thought maybe I just need to create it so I did.
I placed the txt file in there and loaded my game but there seems to be no effect on the recoil.
I assume I have missed something somewhere.
I left all the text the same in the txt file accept max axis which I changed to 75.
If any one could shine some light on this I would be most grateful.
Thanks in advance SP.

Hi Matlo
Thanks for the reply, so all I need to do now is rename the folder and it should work?
Thanks SP.

Yes. If it doesn't work, post the content of your macro file and the content of your config file.

Re: Macros not working
Hi Matlo,
I have done as instructed, and everything is working fine now
.
However I seem to have some spread to the left, I was wondering if I ad another line under the maxis could I cancel this spread or is there a limit to the commands that can be interpreted by the software.
Thanks in advance SP.

Re: Macros not working
Hi Matlo, also I could not get the rapid fire to work. Do I need to assign it to mouse button left?
Re: Macros not working
Hi,
"MAXIS 0" refers to axis x, and "MAXIS 1" refers axis y (Commands section of the wiki).
Just add a "MAXIS 0 X" line below the "MAXIS 1 Y" line (replace X and Y with your prefered values).
Regarding the rapid fire macro, I guess you forgot to modify your config. Read the wiki carefully, everything is explained here.
