I'm running Windows 10 with a teensy board. I'm using DIY USB, no Bluetooth. I have had this working a year ago but that setup has been formatted.
I flashed the teensy with atmega32u4 from the EMUPS4 directory with 5.4 and newer. My GIMX is version 5.5. I launch it with curses for messages. I can see it detecting all my inputs but I don't see anything being passed to the PS4. I have pressed the PS4 button. Any thoughts? Thank you.
Gimx not sending commands to PS4
Re: Gimx not sending commands to PS4
Disregard. I have it working now.
Re: Gimx not sending commands to PS4
What did you do to resolve this? I am having the exact same issue.
I can see the key presses being registered, but they aren't being sent to the PS4.

Re: Gimx not sending commands to PS4
By the way, this happens in both Windows 10 and an Ubuntu 14.04 VM.
I have a DIY USB adapter flashed with atmega32u4.hex firmware.

Re: Gimx not sending commands to PS4
I disconnect the controller from the PS4 going into Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth Devices -> Dualshock 4 Contoller -> Disconnect. I then plug it into the USB connected to the PC. Finally hit the button you have mapped to the PS button. For me it was F1. After that I was good to go. Hope this helps.

Hi,
@Wheels
That's right, you have to turn the controller off before plugging it to the PC (as said on the Quick Start page of the wiki).
