Overwatch in-game sensitivity?
Has anyone been able to figure out the in-game sensitivity for Overwatch? I have it at 1.50 but I don't think it's perfect.

Re: Overwatch in-game sensitivity?
Sensitivity is just a matter of taste. Finding the right acceleration value is much more important.

You're not playing with max in-game sensitivity? I thought that was recommended?sephirotdnf wrote:Any more details?

PS4
Mouse: Logitech G502 Proteus Core w/ 12000 DPI
Converted controls to OW PC config
In-game sensitivity X 100 / Y 100
Dead zone: X 14 / Y 14
Acceleration X 0.45 / Y 0.45
Sensitivity 9.63
X/Y Circle Ratio 1.50
I'm having trouble understanding some things of the mouse calibration. The first one is the acceleration test. When I press it, it does nothing. The next one is the circle test. How can I check that the circle is perfect? Does the radius matter? And is the velocity just to speed up the cursor's outline of a circle?Matlo wrote:Sensitivity is just a matter of taste. No, I don't.
It is recommended but I have found long time ago that "recommended' doesn't mean "must have".
Very often it makes lot more troubles than profit.
It depends on the game though.
In my case I have 1 - 4 step mouse DPI dynamic change and I set up 3 values - 1600 for "everyday PC use", 2600 and 4000 DPI depends on the game I play. It works better for me even if @Matlo doesn't recommend it.
...but if it works for me then why not?

Even with calibration test working i can`t get anything better then my feelings, it always give me the realy low deccelereation values, maybe im doing something wrong, never saw someone calibrating.onetymeohnly wrote:You're not playing with max in-game sensitivity? I figured out the acceleration translation test. Everything is to my liking now, thanks for the input everyone!
