error with DIY usb ps4

On the usb dongle, The red light turns on for a second when i initially plug it in, then it turns off

I had this all working, but now its not.

Hi

As far as I know you should not have the 5V pin connected only TX RX and GND

Also you can try to remove and reinstall GIMX and the USBDK drivers

Did you connect the arduino to the PS4?
Did you turn on the PS4?

yes the ps4 was on and the arduino is plugged into the ps4 then the usb dongle is in the pc and the ps4 controller is also plugged into the computer
