I am trying to contact the email provided in the GIMX webpage with no answer to try to buy a GIMX adaptor.

Any ideas about where can I buy it or if there are any alternatives to buy?

Take my advice and order the cp2104 uart + arduino atmega32u4 from ebay, solder the 3 wires and call it a day
