Testing out Ubuntu 12.04 LTS on flash drive. Mouse g500. Gimx serial 1.02
All working perfectly, except any mouse movements at all will either (at random):
- Force exit to the menu (testing Black Ops II). Essentially like the PS button has been pressed.
- Or it will sometimes bring up the PS3 controller screen, sometimes with the flashing graphic saying the controller is charging. Note that no other controllers are plugged in except for Gimx.
The only thing that is out of the ordinary as far as I know is the following warning in emuclient:
"Warning: Program compiled against libxml 208 using older 207"
Hopefully this has something to do with it.
Seems something is going wrong with the way the PS3 is recognising the controller. Note that button presses of the mouse give no problems, only mouse movements.
I've tested out some random different controller profiles and they all have the same problem.

Re: Ubuntu flash drive - Mouse movements exiting to XMB
Are you using the EMUPS3 firmware or the older one (firmware 0.23)?
If you are using the EMUPS3 one, please test with the other one (you have to select 'joystick' as controller type).
The EMUPS3 is quite recent, it may be bugged.
